Your Role
  • As a senior CX manager, you will lead a team of specialists, guiding them to deliver outstanding customer experiences and drive customer retention, satisfaction, and growth.
  • You will collaborate closely with sales, product, and CX teams to ensure seamless customer interactions and optimal business outcomes.
  • You will develop and implement customer success strategies to increase CX's contribution to the company's overall revenue.

  • Proven experience in customer success, sales, or CX, with a strong track record of leadership and team management.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret customer data and drive business decisions.
