You will need 2-3 years' experience in a people-related role or discipline, with experience in managing recruitment processes across diverse roles. Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, as well as the ability to pick up new systems quickly, are essential.

The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of employment legislation, HR processes, and administration, and will be able to work well with a diverse range of people and cultures.
