About The Role
">- We currently have an opportunity for a skilled Administration Assistant to be based in our Auckland Pacific Doors office in Mt Wellington. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for initial contact with customers at the reception desk through email, phone, and website. Provide general support for the estimating team to enable them to focus on project quoting and order detailing.
Responsibilities
">- You will lead person for answering inbound phone calls, providing customers with technical information where possible, and organizing technical salespeople to provide the correct information either through taking the call or responding back by phone or email.
- You will manage the customer walk ins for pick up orders, advising Dispatch of the customers requirement and job/account name. Providing product options and pricing information in quoted form or indicative.
- You will maintain the relationship for pricing and after sales service with key reseller clients.
- You will maintain the sales inbox.
- You will attend to simple architectural or customer queries, where technical responses required then provide details to technical manager or sales manager to review and provide response.
About You
">- You must be customer focused and committed to providing a high quality of service.
- You must have strong communication skills, excellent phone manner, and attentive active listening.
- A preferred candidate would have experience in the manufacturing industry.
- You must have strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- An understanding of architectural drawings would be an advantage.
