We operate from Monday to Friday, covering 8-5.30 on a shift basis.As a Customer Specialist in the Third-Party Distribution team, you are a key point of contact for our customers regarding their home loan lending or forwarding enquiries to relevant specialists or appropriate channels.
You will be dealing with a variety of queries and requests from our customers, and it will be your responsibility to identify their needs and resolve any issues or concerns within policy and procedures.
