Key Responsibilities
As an Employee Experience Manager, you will work closely with HR services such as recruitment, payroll, and learning & development to deliver effective people solutions. You will be responsible for building partnerships with all relevant stakeholders and developing relationships to achieve enhanced effectiveness and efficiency. Additionally, you will assist with people processes, suggest improvements to HR processes, and provide HR advice and support to stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience
To succeed in this role, you should have knowledge of employee relations, employment law, and practices. Previous experience in HR and/or ER is preferred, while experience working in a large organization would be an asset. Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships based on trust and integrity are also essential.
