Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Change Manager to join our Human Resources Division. As a key member of our team, you will provide specialist change management advice and support to help achieve strategic goals and deliver projects successfully.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement change management strategies to engage stakeholders, minimize resistance, and maximize the success of change initiatives
  2. Apply structured methodologies to develop, deliver, and monitor change management strategies and plans
  3. Identify and connect with key stakeholders, listening and responding to their needs, and gathering feedback
  4. Ensure communications about change support project progress and keep staff engaged and informed about project activities
  5. Conduct change impact assessments on people, processes, and systems, analyzing the University's readiness for change, and tailoring change strategies to meet the different needs of impacted groups

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need a relevant tertiary level qualification or recognized qualification(s) appropriate to the role. Previous experience in human resources management, project management, change management, or a relevant discipline is highly desirable.

A proven executive stakeholder management experience and a consultative and partnering approach with stakeholders are also essential. Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, disciplines, and tools is necessary.
