The Manager Wellbeing plays a critical role in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for all employees. Reporting to the National Manager Safety Health and Wellbeing, you will be responsible for leading our comprehensive and nationally consistent safety, health and wellbeing programmes and initiatives.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, experience in wellbeing programme management, and a passion for creating a positive work culture.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement safety, health and wellbeing programmes and initiatives.
- Lead a team of wellbeing advisors to achieve organisational goals.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote consistent standards of practice and organisational wellbeing.
Requirements:
- A relevant tertiary qualification and minimum 5 years experience in the wellbeing sector.
- Proven leadership, mentoring and coaching skills.
- Experience in supporting psychological wellbeing following exposure to critical incidents.
