About the Role

We are seeking a senior leader to drive the strategic vision and governance of our global Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) function. As Group Head of HSEW, you will lead the evolution and execution of the group-wide health & safety strategy, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the group-wide HSEW strategy, providing high-level strategic insights on key H&S data to inform executive decision-making.
  • Analyze trends and emerging risks, delivering expert guidance on potential business impacts and proactive mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee H&S financial strategy, ensuring budget allocations maximize impact and deliver a strong return on investment (ROI) for safety initiatives.
  • Drive enterprise-wide risk management, ensuring a proactive approach to identifying, assessing, and mitigating core risks while quantifying financial and operational implications.

About You

You are a proven leader in Health, Safety, and Environment with a passion for improving wellbeing and a strong track record of shaping and executing enterprise-wide strategies at a senior level. With extensive experience in risk management, governance, and compliance, you bring a strategic mindset and the ability to translate complex HSEW data into meaningful insights that influence executive decision-making.
