We are proud to cultivate a culture that will fuel your passion, energy, and drive - what FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies call Genki.Job DescriptionEssential Functions:Support the accurate receipt, picking and issuing of material in support of manufacturing, quality, and operational needsAssist in the inspection, segregation, and labeling of incoming materials and ensure accurate inventory level to support manufacturing requirementsPerform system transactions and ensure the timely and accurate order fulfillment, documentation, closure of outstanding issues and effective inventory systemPerform general warehouse duties including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, etc.Comply with safe handling and storage requirements, cGMP/ISO, local & corporate policies, and environmental/other related regulationsEnsure proper function of equipment used to support warehousing operation.Perform and document routine and prior to use inspection and maintenance activitiesAssist in performing cycle counting and inventory audits.All other duties as required.Required Skills & Abilities:Good communication skillsStrong organizational skillsDetail oriented and accurateAbility to multitask and prioritize work assignments with minimal supervisionKnowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Working Conditions & Physical Requirements:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to:Must be able to work weekends, off-shifts, overtime, and a rotating on-call schedule, as requiredHandle and work with hazardous materials and chemicals per OSHA guidelines.Experience prolonged sitting, some bending, stooping, and stretching.Use hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator, and other office equipment is required.Lift up to 40 pounds unassisted and up to 60 pounds with assistance.Work in cold, hot, and humid temperatures and/or high places.Operate manual and electric pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment.Wear required PPE.Attendance is mandatory.Minimum Qualifications:High school diploma with at least (1) one year of work experience.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in a cGMP manufacturing environment.PSA forklift license.
