About Badminton Oceania Confederation

We are a Continental Confederation working closely with the Badminton World Federation (BWF) to implement development programmes and events in the Oceania Region in partnership with our 17 Member Countries.

As the Finance Manager, you will oversee the finances of Badminton Oceania, including financial processing, invoicing, payments, credit card reconciliations, expense claims, GST and PAYE reports, staff payroll through Xero Payroll, and producing monthly financial reports.

You will also maintain accurate records for auditing purposes and prepare project/activity budgets and reports. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with the Auditor and external stakeholders.

  • Experience in Xero accounting software and Xero payroll
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365
  • Able to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
