We are seeking an Equity and Social Impact Manager to join our dynamic People & Culture team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing initiatives that promote social impact and equity within our sector.

About the Role

In this critical role, you will work closely with our DEI team to drive meaningful change and promote a culture of inclusivity. Your expertise in DEI and leadership will enable you to develop and implement effective strategies that address systemic barriers and promote social equity.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement DEI initiatives that promote social impact and equity within our sector.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to promote DEI programs and services that benefit both our internal teams and external partners.
  • Foster a culture of inclusivity and respect, ensuring all individuals feel valued and empowered to contribute their best work.
