Join Our Team

We're passionate about supporting a team that designs and delivers social change and supports our communities to thrive. As a Team Administrator, you'll be the hub of the team and involved in a wide range of tasks and responsibilities, including:

  • Arranging appointments, venue booking, catering and travel arrangements.
  • Managing meetings, event bookings and event support.
  • Developing processes and practices that meet the needs of the team.
  • Minute taking, stakeholder management and oversight of decisions and action points.

This role requires you to have a demonstrated experience of providing high-level administration, highly developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work, and the ability to engage with a range of stakeholders in a professional and efficient manner.
