About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as a Community Work Supervisor. As a supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing and managing up to 8 men and women who are serving their community work sentences on meaningful projects. You will be responsible for guiding and motivating them to complete their Community Service work hours, while also maintaining a 'firm-but-fair' management style.

Your Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work collaboratively, and experience working with diverse groups of people. You will also need to have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to provide clear guidance and support to your team members.
