We are seeking an Office Administrator / Document Controller to join our team in our Auckland office.

About the Job

This is a varied hands-on role reporting to the General Manager (NZ). The role involves delivering professional, effective, and efficient support of the office.

Responsibilities
  • Engage in promoting a positive and collaborative office culture.
  • Provide administrative support to senior managers and other office staff.
  • Prepare documents such as fee submissions, general correspondence, specifications, certificates, reports, letters, presentations, CVs etc.
  • Coordinate meetings and minutes, typing and preparation of documents.
  • Support project related tasks such as submission coordination, document preparation, travel and accommodation bookings.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal communication skills, high level of professionalism, strong ability to relate to people at all levels, prioritization and time management skills, attention to detail and accuracy, initiative and autonomy to work as part of a team.
