We are seeking a dedicated Professional Services Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Auckland.
This role is pivotal in supporting our Professional Services team with large project implementations and providing project leadership for smaller projects.
If you are passionate about customer success and project management, we want to hear from youWHAT YOU WILL DOAssist the Professional Services team to ensure end-to-end account success and satisfaction throughout the entire implementation lifecycle.Engage in technical aspects of projects.Foster a customer-focused and customer-driven culture.Understand customer requirements and provide guidance based on industry best practices.Maintain strong communication standards, ensuring timely updates with customers and cross-functional teams.Drive customer satisfaction as a primary goal by understanding customer needs and ensuring their requirements are met.Manage multiple projects simultaneously.Understand the capabilities and limitations of our hardware offerings.Collaborate closely with all members of the Professional Services team, Sales, and internal support teams to ensure successful implementation of new accounts.Report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) weekly, monthly, and quarterly.Gain a foundational understanding of Teletrac Navman product capabilities.Maintain a knowledge database of product features and functionalities of competitive products in the region.Support customer queries during the implementation phase.WHO YOU ARE (Qualifications)2+ years of customer support/management experience in growing enterprise start-up environments, working directly with customers.2+ years Project coordination experience and/or equivalent coordination experience.Willingness to take ownership, be held accountable, and achieve a good outcome for all stakeholders.Exhibits solid business acumen.Ability to travel – when required.Experience in maintaining top-notch customer support levels during periods of high business and team growth.Development of metrics that drive customer operations and demonstrated success in managing those metrics.Prior experience within IT&T / Telco or Technology industry advantageous.Able to work with a diverse array of people, challenging in a non-confrontational way, and builds successful working relationships.Strong MS Office skills and experience.WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?Enjoy a supportive work environment and great perks, including:12 weeks of paid parental leave for primary carers and 4 weeks for secondary carers.Development opportunities through mentoring, online courses, product training, and more.Flexible working arrangements.Opportunities to make a community impact through volunteering and fundraising.Networking opportunities via our Inclusion & Diversity Employee Group and active social communities.Access to our Employee Assistance Program (EAP), health insurance, and other wellness initiatives.Applicants must hold a valid visa to work full-time in New Zealand.This role is not open to recruitment agencies and unsolicited agency referrals.
