Your Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive demand and lead initiatives across all funnel stages.
  2. Own the relationship with our paid media agency for demand-gen initiatives, working with them to develop highly-targeted campaigns, analyze campaign performance, and identify new areas of opportunity.
  3. Analyze market data, customer behavior, and feedback to gain a deep understanding of our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and map buyer journeys to align approaches with the needs of identified segments.
  4. Partner closely with our sales team to align on key accounts, goals, and messaging, acting as a bridge between sales and marketing to optimize lead quality and conversion rates.
  5. Deploy ABM strategies to engage high-value accounts with personalized messaging, leveraging data to prioritize opportunities.
  6. Work with our Marketing Operations specialist to design technical customer journeys and automated workflows that move prospects through the funnel, ensuring a consistent and seamless handoff.
  7. Measure pipeline performance using key metrics such as MQLs, SALs, SQLs, pipeline growth, and ROI, using these insights to inform future activity and forecast performance.
