Main Responsibilities:

  • Mentor and coach your team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Work closely with the Head of Platform Engineering & SVP of Technology to inform product direction, scoping, and priority.
  • Build empathetic relationships with stakeholders across the business to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the scalability, deployment, reliability, and security of our systems.

Requirements:

  • Strong people management and coaching skills.
  • Proven track record of helping teams succeed and making intelligent, strategic, and timely decisions on technical advancement.
  • Solid understanding of DevOps skills like Terraform, software deployment, and cloud architecture.
  • Experienced in a variety of cloud platforms and understand key concepts and how to leverage them.
