**Essential Skills and Experience:**

  • A strong lived experience voice, with a deep understanding of mental health and addiction issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • A qualification or training in community and peer support work, or a commitment to undertake this training.
