As a Peer Support Worker, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering high-quality services that promote positive outcomes.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support rangatahi on their path to recovery, using your lived experience to instill hope and demonstrate recovery
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement service plans that meet the unique needs of each individual
  • Contribute to service development through your unique voice and perspective
  • Provide regular updates to the team on the progress of supported rangatahi
