Presbyterian Support Central is seeking a skilled and compassionate Social Services Coordinator to join our Family Works team on a fixed-term basis until the end of November 2025.
In this role, you will provide holistic, trauma-informed support to individuals and families impacted by family violence in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide social work support to children, individuals, and whanau experiencing family violence.
- Complete assessments, develop goal-oriented plans, and review progress with clients.
- Work collaboratively with internal team members and external agencies.
- Maintain clear, timely, and accurate case notes and reporting.
- Uphold a culturally responsive and strengths-based approach in all interactions.
