About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end weekly food ordering process for ECE customers, ensuring timely and accurate orders through our food suppliers.
  • Track participation and completion of onboarding tasks, including online hui, food safety training, and formal agreements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and fostering strong relationships with ECE customers.
  • Support the onboarding of new ECE centres and assist existing centres with ongoing needs.
