Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Financial Transaction Coordinator to join our team. As an integral part of our support team, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, processing transactions, and ensuring accurate payment processing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage customer accounts, including invoicing and payment tracking.
  • Perform administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and follow-up for operations and QHSE teams.
  • Enter customer information into our accounting system and ensure accurate and timely receipting of payments.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong accounting experience, preferably in accounts receivable, accounts payable, or financial accounting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and experience with accounting systems such as Xero, Reckon, or NetSuite.
  • Excellent organisational skills, time management abilities, and attention to detail to meet strict deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A postgraduate degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or Economics would be beneficial.
