The Role: As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our business operations, providing administrative support across the team, and contributing to our overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day office activities as the main point of contact for visitors, calls, emails, and deliveries.
  • Provide administrative support, including client document preparation, data entry, correspondence, and filings.
  • Maintain and update internal systems, records, and databases.
  • Assist with financial administration, such as receivables matching.
  • Organise and coordinate business events and functions.
  • Complete general administration, logistics, and hospitality tasks, such as ordering supplies and ensuring a well-organised workspace.
  • Support client and employee onboarding processes.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements.
About You

You will possess excellent organisational skills and a positive attitude to keep M&L thriving. You will have a natural flexibility in handling day-to-day routines as well as surprises and you will provide strong, reliable support to nurture a positive, inclusive work environment.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or business support role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
  • Experience handling confidential information with discretion. And while not required, Xero experience is preferred.
