  • Support the Traffic Division with accounts payable tasks, including processing invoices and payments
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, using Microsoft Excel and Word to manage data and reports
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders, ensuring seamless information flow
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in administrative and accounts payable roles
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Word, with JDE experience an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to work collaboratively and pro-actively
