**Job Description**

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and organised administrator to be the face of our organisation. As the Kaiwhakarite - Administrator, you will be the welcoming face of our organisation, ensuring a seamless experience for students, staff, and visitors. You'll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly, providing vital administrative support across various departments and ensuring resources are effectively managed.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide administrative support to various departments
  • Ensure resources are effectively managed
  • Assist with requisition processes
  • Maintain site resources
  • Support events

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • A Certificate in Business Administration or Computing (Level 3) would be advantageous
  • MUST have a Full New Zealand Drivers' License, the ability to drive a manual would be a bonus
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, but we encourage applications from those eager to learn and grow
  • An understanding of and able to use basic te reo Maori phrases, mihi and greetings
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (i.e., Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, Publisher)
