Job Description
In this role, you will provide high-quality, effective, and efficient administrative and advisory support to the Deputy Chief Executive (DCE) Enterprise Services. This includes managing complex calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing important documents, and liaising with key stakeholders. You will also have the opportunity to take responsibility for a small range of internal projects and support the smooth operation of our teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be technology savvy and have a credible and effective relationship-building style. A security clearance to a 'Secret' level is required for this position, and you must be a New Zealand citizen or permanent resident.
