**Job Description:** As a Casual Residential Support Worker, you will work in our Rotorua-based residence, Toro Mai a Ringa, providing support for individuals with complex needs. You will be part of a dynamic team that utilises different skills, knowledge, and experiences to offer ongoing tools and encouragement for daily routines, growth, and flourishing.

**Key Responsibilities:*

  • Provide basic practical help and pioneering therapeutic support to clients
  • Work collaboratively with the team to develop client-centred plans
  • Utilise your experience, skills, and knowledge of mental health rehabilitation to overcome obstacles

**Requirements:*

  • National Certificate in Health and Wellbeing Level 4 or equivalent
  • Full NZ Drivers Licence
  • Valid/current work visa, residency, or citizenship
  • Client-centred, recovery-focused approach
