We are looking for kaimahi/support workers with a commitment to community and cultural awareness who are passionate about providing support with commitment, compassion, and care.We are an established industry accredited company who provide professional experienced kaimahi to care for tangata whaiora/those in need - from tamariki/children, taiohi/youth to pakeke/adults.
Through your amazing skills, you can make a positive difference to the quality of life and well-being they experience.We have a partnership with those involved around our tangata whaiora to ensure we are part of the wrap of care and that we reach the right balance for them.
We always aim to set the bar high - we do this by following best practice and applying evidence-based and/or holistic/wellness practices like Te Whare Tapa Wha and Te Wheke.What You'll Be Doing:
• Providing compassionate, professional support to those navigating mental health challenges
• Using de-escalation techniques and trauma-informed care approaches
• Supporting tangata in their daily lives – from goal-setting to emotional well-being
