About the RoleThis is a fixed term opportunity that requires a solid understanding of human resources, employment legislation, and best practices. You will contribute to the development and application of HR policies and procedures, while participating in change management and improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities include providing timely and efficient advice on HR policies, procedures, and best practices, assisting in resolving employment disputes, and offering support for performance assessments.
You will also build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including union representatives and public sector agencies.
