This permanent full-time role involves working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. As a Learning & Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities
  1. Managing Cornerstone, the learning management system, to ensure effective training program delivery.
  2. Marketing and promoting learning and development activities to staff.
  3. Contributing to Learning and Development project work.
  4. Liasing with Careerforce and serving as a central communication point.
Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Aptitude for using emerging technologies.
  • Experience in developing virtual learning programs.
  • Knowledge of mental health and NGO sector development.
