Job Description

This role is perfect for someone who's passionate about people and looking to make a real impact. You'll be responsible for taking a hands-on approach to daily HR operations, supporting Managers with recruitment, performance, succession planning, talent development, and change management. Your goal will be to ensure alignment with current employment law and regulations while providing expert advice in both areas.

Responsibilities
  • MANAGE THE DAY-TO-DAY ASPECTS OF HR OPERATIONS
  • COACH MANAGERS ON HR STRATEGIES AND PRACTICES
  • ENSURE LEGAL COMPLIANCE AND UPHELD BEST HR PRACTICES
  • PARTNER WITH OTHER DEPARTMENTS TO DRIVE INITIATIVES
Requirements
  • A TERTIARY QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE IN A SENIOR ADVISORY ROLE
  • STRONG UNDERSTANDING OF EMPLOYMENT LAWS, HR BEST PRACTICES, AND TALENT MANAGEMENT
  • EXCEPTIONAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS
  • ABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY
