The Opportunity:

We're seeking an experienced CNC Programmer and Machinist to take ownership of new Doosan machines and lead the growth of our machining department. In this role, you'll be responsible for programming, setup, and operation of machines – driving the production of critical parts from start to finish. You'll work closely with our engineering team to enhance in-house production capabilities and shape the future of the department.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Programming, setting up, and operating Doosan CNC Lathe

    • Programming using GibbsCAM system

    • Collaborating with the engineering team to develop programs for production and improve efficiencies

    • Evaluating and determining the range of in-house production capabilities

    • Performing first article, in-process, and final inspections

    • Designing and determining proper tooling and fixtures

    • Assisting in developing shop processes and growth

    • Training and overseeing other machinists as the shop grows
