Job Description

We are seeking an experienced CNC Tech Lead to manage our 2nd shift operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC machining, including setup and troubleshooting. They will be responsible for operating, setting up, and maintaining CNC machines independently during 2nd shift, as well as collaborating with two assemblers to coordinate workflow and ensure smooth production.

Responsibilities:

  • Independently operate and maintain CNC machines during 2nd shift.
  • Collaborate with assemblers to ensure smooth production and efficient workflow.
  • Monitor and inspect parts to meet quality and production standards.
  • Adjust CNC programs, tooling, and machine settings as needed to optimize efficiency.
  • Identify and troubleshoot machining issues, tool wear, and process inefficiencies.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or CNC coursework preferred.
  • 5+ years of CNC machining experience, including setup and troubleshooting.
  • Able to work independently and manage production without direct supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of CNC machine operation, tooling, and basic programming adjustments.
