He angitutanga | About the role DOC is seeking a dynamic and visionary Finance Systems and Processes Manager to lead the charge in transforming and optimizing our finance systems.

As the Finance Systems and Processes Manager, you'll be at the heart of strategic development, process improvement, and governance across DOC's finance platforms.
You'll spearhead key initiatives that enhance the capabilities of SAP S/4 HANA and SAC, ensuring that our financial planning, budgeting, and reporting are not only streamlined but also future-ready.
You'll collaborate across departments, working closely with the Finance leadership team to align our systems with the evolving needs of the organization.
The position will be focussed on: * Strategic Leadership: Shape and execute the finance systems strategic roadmap, optimizing SAP S/4 HANA and SAC for budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analytics.
* Process & System Automation: Identify opportunities to automate and improve systems and processes, reducing manual tasks and boosting operational efficiency.
* Financial Excellence: Deliver high-quality reporting, forecasting, and analytical tools that support business performance and meet the evolving needs of stakeholders.
* Governance & Compliance: Maintain internal controls and data integrity within finance systems, ensuring compliance with audit standards and safeguarding security.
* Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive system improvements and share expertise.
Work to continuously uplift the finance team's capabilities.
* Operational Support & Issue Resolution: Provide expert support to troubleshoot and resolve system issues, particularly during key financial processes like month-end and year-end.
* Support Finance Leadership: Provide systems leadership across the finance function, supporting the CFO and Finance leadership team in achieving strategic goals.
Nga pukenga me nga wheako | Skills and experience If you have some of following, we are keen to hear from you: * Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
* Advanced experience in SAP S/4 HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for finance systems management, reporting, and automation.
* Expertise in developing financial reports, dashboards, and forecasting models using SAC.
* Knowledge of financial compliance, internal controls, and system integration.
* Proven ability to design and implement automation solutions to optimize financial processes.
* Strong understanding of internal controls, data governance, and audit requirements.
* Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex SAP system issues.
* Strong stakeholder management, team collaboration, and coaching skills.
