The role
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to join our knowledgeable and experienced finance team. You will be responsible for the full Accounts Payable function, including:
- Entering supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
- Processing allocations and reconciliations in a timely manner
- Ensuring goods received match supplier invoices
- Managing regular payment runs and general ledger coding
- Providing excellent customer service to suppliers and internal stakeholders
You will work collaboratively with your team members to achieve our financial goals while maintaining strong relationships with our suppliers.
This is a full-time, permanent position based in our East Tamaki office in Auckland.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring a positive attitude, strong attention-to-detail skills, and experience in Excel and an ERP package. Your ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and maintain accurate records will be essential in delivering high-quality results.
