Job DescriptionAdministration and Finance Manager

This is a permanent part-time role based in our headquarters in Ellerslie, Auckland, New Zealand. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, financial administration, travel bookings, and IT systems management. They will also support the Secretary General and liaise with the Executive Board as required.

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage financial administration, including Xero accounting software and payroll
  • Oversee travel and accommodation bookings
  • Ensure all IT systems are functioning correctly
  • Maintain smooth and efficient processes
  • Support the Secretary General and liaise with the Executive Board

Person Specification

  • Strong financial management and administration skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of organisational and time management skills
  • Desirable: previous experience in sports or not-for-profit organisations
