**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced Community Work Supervisor to join our team at Ara Poutama Aotearoa. As a Community Work Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing community workers serving community work sentences.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage and supervise community workers serving community work sentences
  • Develop and implement plans to achieve individual goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure effective delivery of services
  • Maintain accurate records of individual progress and performance
  • Identify and address any issues or challenges faced by community workers

**Requirements**

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build effective relationships
  • A strong understanding of tikanga and te reo Maori within our unique settings
  • Able to maintain accurate records and reports
