The Rehabilitation Aide will be responsible for assisting clinicians with administrative and clinical duties, including preparing patients for treatment, providing routine care, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments, assists physical therapists during administration, and provides routine treatment
  • Supports patients in practicing exercises and functional activities under professional staff direction
  • Ensures a clean and safe environment for patients and staff, including restocking supplies and maintaining equipment
  • Assists patient experience coordinator with administrative tasks, such as answering phones and scheduling appointments
Requirements and Qualifications
  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred
  • Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, attention to detail, and time management skills required
  • Able to read, write, and speak English proficiently
