Territory Sales Lead

Our client is seeking a Regional Account Manager to support the Refinish business by maximizing product usage in their designated area. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated sales experience and a strong customer-centric approach.
About the Role
- The successful candidate will report to the National Sales Manager and be responsible for driving sales and profitability by adding value to distributors, their customers, and Direct OEM accounts within their assigned region.
- They will also support the Refinish business by maximizing product usage in their designated area.
Key Performance Indicators
The Regional Account Manager will be measured on their ability to achieve monthly sales targets, grow market share, and ensure business profitability. They will also be responsible for monitoring the performance of distributors and direct accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and increasing product sales with both new and existing customers.
