Job Description
The Territory Manager will drive sales activities for Energizer's products in Auckland. This role involves leading a team of 4 sales merchandisers, implementing an effective business plan, and ensuring customer satisfaction, colleague leadership, and company profitability and growth.
Responsibilities
- Ensure territory targets are met through the effective implementation and maintenance of company initiatives.
- Monitor product supply and delivery patterns, and ensure customer inventory is being effectively managed to increase sales.
- Introduce and incorporate new products to the range as required to grow business.
- Co-ordinate and implement special projects with Sales Merchandisers as required.
- Coach and Develop Sales Merchandisers to achieve business priorities and identify ready-made successors.
- Maintain agreed call cycles in line with company resource allocation rationales to meet internal and external service requirements.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in Field Sales or Territory Management within the FMCG space.
- A proven track record in managing a field sales team and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong communication skills and an eye for data analytics.
- Fluent in English and a holder of a NZ driving license.
