Administrative Support Specialist

**Job Overview**
This role provides administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of healthcare services.
As an experienced administrator, you will be responsible for providing confidential secretarial support to the Service Manager and assisting with various tasks such as payroll processing, time and attendance, complaints and incidents, and development of reports and business plans.
You will also assist with the orientation process of new permanent Senior Medical Officers and Locums, maintain confidentiality of documentation and information, and provide general administration and support for the wider team.

We are looking for a highly motivated and organised person with strong prioritisation skills. You will have excellent communication skills, be comfortable interacting with patients, and be able to remain calm under pressure.
Your ideal qualities include previous experience in a busy administration role, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, excellent word processing and data entry skills, and a respectful nature handling confidential information.
