Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our exceptional administration team. The successful candidate will have incredible communication skills, be remarkably organized, and have the ability to juggle priorities with a smile. Key responsibilities include:

  • Reception duties including managing the switchboard, meeting and greeting guests, and monitoring and responding to the 2-way radio
  • Updating Snow Reports via telephone, internet, and radio
  • Processing lift tickets for VIP's and Media personnel
  • Reuniting lost children with their parents
  • Maintaining ski area records, including invoicing, health and safety, and training records
  • Coordinating the issue and return of all staff uniforms
  • Taking notes in an emergency if requested
  • Ordering stationery supplies
  • Producing innovative and informative staff newsletters
  • Assisting with staff events and incentives, including sporting events and staff parties

About You
We are looking for someone who is passionate about joining the snowsports industry and learning about ski field operations. A strong administrative background, excellent keyboard skills, a professional phone manner, and exceptional organizational ability are essential. Experience in working autonomously, sound decision-making skills, and the ability to engage and build rapport with guests and staff quickly are also required.
