About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Services Representative to join our team at Panasonic North America.

  • As a key member of our In-Flight Entertainment and Global Communication Systems team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, ensuring seamless system integration and performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve system issues, utilizing your expertise in avionics, satellite communications, and network troubleshooting.
  • Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with customers, third-party maintenance staff, and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities
  1. Ideation and Troubleshooting:
    • Conduct thorough investigations to identify root causes of system issues.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective solutions.
  2. Spare Parts Inventory Management:
    • Work closely with MRO to monitor and track spare parts inventory.
    • Ensure timely availability of spare parts to minimize downtime and maximize system availability.
