Job Overview

As a Technical Services Representative with Panasonic Avionics Corporation, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful installation and maintenance of our In-Flight Entertainment (IFE) and Global Communication Services (GCS) products on customer aircraft.

You will provide technical leadership and guidance to maintenance staff, assist in troubleshooting and resolving system issues, and execute tasks generated by the Panasonic Ticketing system. Your expertise will be invaluable in monitoring and supporting program schedule commitments, developing Preventative Maintenance programs, and interfacing between contracted MRO staff, Panasonic Product Safety Officer, and Panasonic QA.

Your strong analytical skills and ability to work in a high-stress environment will enable you to determine methods and procedures on new assignments, understand implications of work, and make recommendations for solutions. As a skilled specialist, you will complete tasks in resourceful and effective ways, using independent judgment to ensure projects/assignments are completed accurately and on-time.
