Customer Service and Administrative Assistant

**About the Role:**
As a Receptionist & Accounts Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our client's business.
You will be responsible for handling all front desk duties, including answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and managing the reception area.
In addition to this, you will assist with basic accounting tasks such as data entry and invoice processing, and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
Key Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar administrative or receptionist role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Fast and accurate data entry skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
