AFFCO is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Health and Safety Officer to join our leadership team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for championing a health and safe workplace through a planned approach to health and safety. Your role will involve partnering with site leadership to effectively identify and manage all H&S risks, implementing, maintaining, and monitoring health and safety standards, procedures, and systems on site, and managing the incident and injury investigation and reporting process.

Key Responsibilities
• Partner with site leadership to identify and manage H&S risks
• Implement and maintain health and safety standards, procedures, and systems
• Manage incident and injury investigations and reporting
• Fulfill H&S reporting requirements
• Provide H&S oversight for contractor and construction activity
• Drive employee engagement and participation
