  4. Identify execution team members and assign roles and responsibilities.

Requirements:

  1. Experience leading large, complex pursuits and proposals is a must.
  2. Experience leading and managing government bids (federal and municipal) is preferred.
  3. Detail-oriented and organized, with exceptional prioritization skills.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
