Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our HR Business Partnering team. As a trusted advisor, you will provide expert advice on people-related matters for the Ambulance Operations portfolio, supporting managers to implement best practice interventions and drive engagement and high performance within teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships of credibility with colleagues and people leaders
  • Support and drive the development of engaged and consistently high-performing teams
  • Advise, coach and support managers to ensure effective management of poor performance and employment relationship matters
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners on organisational change management
  • Contribute to building and enhancing organisational culture and engagement
