**About This Role**

Xero is looking for a highly skilled Organisational Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our people team, you will be responsible for developing and operationalising Xero's people strategy, working closely with PX program leads and stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Refine and operationalise the PX strategy, ensuring alignment across PX teams and key partners. Develop and track PX OKRs, operating plans, and key metrics.
• Provide clear, data-driven insights to enable senior decision-making. Prepare strategic materials, initiative updates, and performance metrics.
• Partner across PX and key teams to address challenges, align approaches, and drive strategic initiatives.
• Identify and implement efficiencies, automate reporting, and streamline workflows to enhance PX operations.
• Facilitate strategic workshops, align PX messaging with business priorities, and support large cross-functional projects.

**Requirements**

• 3+ years of consulting experience (HR experience an added bonus but not required).
• Experience in shaping strategic narratives through presentations tailored to the relevant audience
• Strong ability to extract data and insights to inform decision-making.
• A big-picture mindset—able to step back and assess priorities rather than diving straight into execution.
• Experience in workshop facilitation / delivery in various formats
