Responsibilities:
  • Assist with strategic HR planning aligned with business goals, monitoring and appraising HR activities to ensure alignment.
  • Prepare, update, and recommend HR policies and procedures, handling confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.
  • Act as a point of contact for new employee questions and support, participating in recruitment processes.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in human resources, recruitment - ideally 3+ years, with comprehensive knowledge of New Zealand HR legislation & policies.
  • Strong organisational and detail-oriented mindset, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
